Jeremy Royster, founder of Fearless Adventures in Learning, has a passion for finding innovative ways to make education adventurous and fun. When he invited his students to create games to teach others about topics they cared about, everything changed. They were more engaged, more persistent in solving tough problems, and—most importantly—they began to understand the value of verifying the credibility of their sources. Now he's on a quest to make it easy—and fun—for teachers and students to turn trustworthy information into fact-based games they can share.

He has been teaching about media literacy since 2004.
